Which areas under the building are inside vs. outside – do we need to make a division wall to isolate the heated area?


Is there at least 2 feet below the bottom of the floor joists?  Who will excavate around the perimeter if this minimum access clearance isn’t available?


How much debris and ductwork is in the crawlspace to limit access.  Will it be removed or will the crew have to work around it?


If you have a stone foundation, is there mortar between the stones or are there gaps.?


Will the sill or rim joist be included in the work? Are they open or closed boxes?


Is the crawl space wet, do you have or want a vapor retarder on the dirt floor.
